We are looking for a CUDA Engineer to join our team in Chicago. If you have a deep understanding of GPU architectures and parallel computing, and you're excited about optimizing AI models for performance, we'd love to hear from you!

This is an in-person role based in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize GPU-accelerated algorithms using CUDA for AI and machine learning applications.
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate GPU solutions into our AI models.
  • Analyze and optimize performance bottlenecks in existing codebases.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in GPU technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in GPU programming and optimization.
  • Expertise in CUDA and parallel computing concepts.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and performance profiling tools.
  • Strong understanding of GPU architectures and memory management.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and integrating CUDA kernels.
  • Familiarity with OpenCL, Vulkan, or other GPU programming interfaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with algorithm optimization.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities in a collaborative environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time if required.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $270,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
