We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chicago. If you excel in a dynamic, high-growth tech environment and are passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and machine learning, we'd love to hear from you!

This is an in-person role based in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Optimize and scale machine learning solutions for performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or natural language processing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time if required.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Position is subject to pre-employment background checks.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
